Carroll, a self-employed excavator and longtime resident of the area, died Monday, August 16, 2010 at the Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris. He was 70.The son of the late James Carroll and Viola Edwards Carroll, he was born July 20, 1940 in Goshen. Kenny is survived by his wife: Helen Younger, at home; his stepdaughter: Mary Frances Younger of Monticello; and all of his beloved animals including Ice, Coke, Cola, Little Guy and Raz. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny, Inc. Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 20 at 11:00am at the Rock Ridge Cemetery, East Broadway in Monticello. Memorial contributions can be made to the Sullivan Co.
